30-day returns

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

• Item must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition
• Include all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase
• Items showing signs of installation or wiring are not eligible

Non-returnable items

• Opened or installed electronics that are not defective
• Custom or special-order items

How to start a return

2. We will send you return instructions and a return authorisation
3. Ship the item back in secure packaging

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Defective or wrong items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Call us as soon as possible.
